The College ministry of ABC is focused on integrating every college student into the body life of the local church. College students at ABC have the opportunity to connect and serve at ABC in different platforms such as sound, IT, video, photography, ALPHA, construction, performing arts, youth, AWANA, small group studies, and other ministries as well. They can also serve and/or work with ENVISION in local and global missions.
College students at ABC have four specific areas to engage in growth and meaningful discipleship:
Overwhelmed: Are you feeling overwhelmed with this new journey of college and life? You can find ways to navigate this new journey! Meet Jocelyn Cobb (JoJo). She understands this season and is right where you are. JoJo will meet with students to discuss the nature and feeling of being overwhelmed in this new phase of life. She will be studying through the book of Esther to discover God's power through being overwhelmed. If you are interested in this topic, send her an email jobearjoy@icloud.com

Rest & Restore: Are you too busy? Do you know how to actually disconnect, unwind, be still and listen for God and to God? If you said YES or NO to any of these, you can benefit from this. Joseph Donnelly (Joe) will help you connect and/or reconnect with Jesus. He is the point person to help you "get away" on personal retreats and group retreats. Joe will help you rest and restore. If you are interested in this topic, send him an email jpjdnnlly@gmail.com

Create & Plan: Being creative and planning go hand in hand. Creating great content such as music, poetry, art, business models, goals etc. takes thoughtful, prayerful, and worshipful planning. Scott Robbins is the contact for this area. Scott will meet with students to discuss and participate with them in creative thinking, design, and planning. You will learn to integrate your gifts into a worshipful life experience with Jesus and the church. If you are interested in this topic, send him an email srobbins@alliancewaco.org
|
Study: Is studying a struggle for you? Do you enjoy studying? Whether it is studying Scripture or a text book, you need the tools to properly read, remember, and apply what you are working on. If you already have those tools, you can sharpen them. Joe DiLuzio (Joe) is your contact for this area. Joe will meet with students to help them gain and understand an appreciation for the skill of studying anything. If you are interested in this topic send him an email joseph_diluzio@baylor.edu
